We accept returns for Ethan Trips products (travel blankets, travel pillows, and travel mugs) within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued once the returned item is received and inspected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund via cash.

  • If you have received a damaged or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned item.

3. Exchanges

At this time, Ethan Trips does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
